Our Clump of "Twickenham Grass" was acquired from HQ by Mr Robin Peirce on the occasion of England v Wales on 25th March 2004. Before the powers that be at the RFU start issuing Writs & Injunctions, this clump of Twickenham grass was not taken from the hallowed turf of the Stadium pitch, no, it was acquired from the car park behind Harlequins.
Since then, it has been carefully nurtured and now represents the "man of the match" award after each match where the recipient must lovingly care and nurture it until it is presented at the next game
